What is its purpose?

The indicator assesses the participation/ success rate of vocational training students from vulnerable group(s), such as certain ethnic minorities, people with disabilities or unemployed youth.

How to Collect and Analyse the Required Data

1) Review VET institutions’ data on enrolment and completion of the given vulnerable group as well as of the total number of students.

2) Calculate the indicator's value by dividing the number of students from given vulnerable groups who participate in/completed the vocational training by the total number of students who participate in/completed the training and multiplying the result by 100.
